Come What May

Title: Glen and Jane Prenuptial
Themed: Circa 1980's
Location: Cagbalete Island, Mauban Quezon
Artists: Ati Creations / Petrified Dreams Productions

The Setting

The backdrop of the first photoshoot of Jane and Glen was set in the placid
shores of Cagbalete Island in Mauban, Quezon. The couple wanted to have a period-themed
prenup in some exotic-looking paradise and we can't help but think of Cagabalete island with
its remote appeal and faraway charm.

For this photoshoot, our inspiration was a fictional haven set in a secluded paradise during
the sleepy yet soulful years of early 1980's.  We imagined the island was so remote and
faraway that it is as if time has forgotten this place, amidst an era of economic liberalization
and explosion of societal norms.

The island that we have in mind was almost uninhabited, quiet, very pristine...
...definitely the perfect setting for some romantic rendezvous for our two lovers.

The Characters

Jane portrayed her (real-life) character of a perfect Lady (prim and proper). But this time,
she is living in a world almost three decades before here, in an era where women
empowerment is revolutionizing the perspective of society...

Here, she is a strong and proud woman who knows her worth and values her independence.
Yet,  still a lady whose feelings are in the hands of the only man she loves.

Glen on the other hand is the gentleman who grew up in the island, spent his years
in the comfort of the seascape and all the beauty that surrounds the place.
He embodies a man with conviction, with passion for nature and simple life...
simple things... simple pleasures...

He is a man who would rather shy away from society that leave the comforts of
his happy place. Yet still someone who is very much willing to share everything he got
to the one person who captured his heart.
